Set up and/build seasonal furniture and storage.

Assemble furniture from Ikea, Wayfair, Crate and Barrel, etc. Assemble exercise equipment & maintain exercise equipment. See my portfolio - I have built a Sunlighten infrared sauna and a NordicTrack treadmill in my own home.

Mount flatscreen televisions.

Replace outdated can lights to flat LED lights (Lutron, Nest).

Fix and patch walls.

Paint interior walls, trim and doors.

Design outdoor raised bed gardens of all shapes and sizes. Build on site!

Program and install garage door openers, Ring or Nest doorbells and cameras.

Balance lighting in each room to be warm and inviting.

Power wash houses, driveways, screens, decks, patios, etc. Power and water connection required.
